Spicy Tuna Wraps

Not only are Spicy Tuna Wraps so easy and delicious, they meet the “Awesome Meal Trifecta” qualifications. Let me explain in more detail. They are simple, yummy and cheap! I love finding recipes that meet the “Trifecta”. Although, the original recipe was good, I changed the recipe up by adding more spice and omitted the soy sauce. In my opinion, the soy sauce took some the freshness away. The Sriracha adds just the right amount of spice.

The Toppings add Texture to these Yummy Tuna Wraps!

You may ask yourself why I cut the veggies in the matchstick style for my tuna wraps. The answer is simple, it looks really pretty and the vegetables fit better in a wrap when they are cut long and thin. You don’t have to do it exactly like this. Perhaps, you might even consider shredding the carrots but I love the crunchy texture of the carrots. So, I prefer the matchstick style. It requires a bit more work but it’s well worth it in my book!

Spicy Tuna Wraps are so Convenient

Another time I really enjoy making this meal is when we are shuttling our kiddos to different activities. This meal is one that you can have on the go which is really nice and convenient. Speaking of convenience, I also really enjoy that I have some older kids that can assemble their own wrap and then help their younger siblings!
