This is dressing is one of our absolute favorites! We put it on taco salad, Navajo tacos and pretty much anything we can think of. It instantaneously makes everything better… maybe not ice cream but you get what I’m saying! You will love it!

Creamy Tomatillo Dressing Dairy Free

I use a homemade dry ranch seasoning mix recipe adapted from craftymorning.com

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Dill Weed
  • ¼ tsp Chives
  • 1 tsp Oregano

Creamy Tomatillo Dressing Ingredients

  • Ranch spice mixture see the recipe above!
  • 1 ½ Cup Mayonaise
  • 2-3 Tomatillos medium size, husked and roughly chopped
  • ½ Cup Cilantro leaves
  • 1-2 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Jalapeño seeded if you don't want is as spicy
  • Juice from 1 lime

Instructions

  • First, roughly chop the vegetable ingredients.
  • Then, place all of the ingredients in your mixer (Blendtec). Blend the mixture is until throughly incorporated.
  • Next, Poor into mason jar and serve over a yummy salad.
