Easy Roasted Cauliflower

Roasted Cauliflower is a great side dish. It’s easy to prep and it’s done in just 20 minutes. Adding a hint of paprika really enhances the nutty flavor that develops when you bake cauliflower.

What Pairs Well with Roasted Cauliflower?

I may not have a specific answer for this particular question because this recipe can accompany most main dishes. You could serve it alongside a heavier dish like spaghetti or a lite and fresh pita sandwich. Roasted Cauliflower pairs well with steak, or salmon. I have even see people put it in a hearty salad. Similarly, I like to take leftover cauliflower and place a fried egg on the top, for breakfast. Basically, experiment with this side dish. Let me know about your new discoveries with cauliflower (so exciting…right?). I would love to hear from you, so comment below!
